Affinity Star Insurance Brokers is a licensed insurance brokerage operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia. We act on your behalf to obtain quotations from, and place insurance policies with, licensed insurance companies.

When you request a quotation or purchase a policy through us, we may collect:
Identity & Contact Data
Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, national ID / passport number, address, phone number, email.
Automobile
Vehicle make/model, year, registration, usage, drivers, claims history.
Health
Date of birth, occupation, medical history, declarations of pre-existing conditions, beneficiary details.
Travel
Destination, travel dates, passport details, fellow travellers.
Fire / Property
Location, construction, sum insured, occupancy.
Financial Data
Payment confirmations via Bakong KHQR or other channels, invoice and quotation records.
Note: Some risk-specific information (especially health data) is sensitive personal data. By providing it, you consent to our processing of it for the purposes set out in this Policy.

When you submit a quotation request, you appoint ASIB as your exclusive insurance broker for the quoted policy. This appointment authorises us to share necessary information with insurers, obtain documents and policy copies on your behalf, and act in your interest until you cancel the appointment in writing.

Some insurers, reinsurers, or service providers may be located outside Cambodia. Where data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled with equivalent protection.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and claims-handling requirements — typically the lifetime of the policy plus at least 10 years after expiry or final claim settlement, whichever is longer.
